Voice Talent Agency FAQs

What does a voice talent agency do?

Agencies such as RSH Voice Management work with you and your specific project needs from start to finish. Among other things, we run and manage auditions, negotiate rates, book talent, and help with booking a studio if necessary - all based on your specific timeline and budget. 99% of our talent have professional broadcast quality home studios, and we will coordinate with the talent you choose for the final job.

How can a voice talent agency help?

We’ve been helping ad execs, creatives, and producers everyday for over 20 years, so we can save you lots and lots of time! We have so many clients coming to us after going through the ringer at the pay-to-play voice audition sites, absolutely fatigued after hearing thousands of auditions from amateur talent who don’t have professional home studios. We take the guesswork out of the voice over talent selection process and turn auditions around quickly and efficiently.

Do voice talent agencies find voiceover actors for me?

Yep. It’s what we do and we do it well. We’ll save you the time and energy of having to source and vet talent. We already have a roster of experienced and wide ranging talent for nearly any project. Take a listen to the demos up at our site, or send us your script, specs, and any direction or notes so we can run a custom audition for your project.

Why hire a voice talent agency when I can look myself?

Good question. The honest answer is that VoiceOver work may seem simple but it’s a lot harder than it looks. A talented and experienced VO artist can make even the longest and most complicated copy sound effortlessly conversational. Having a pro being able to knock your project out quickly and efficiently while giving you the exact sound/tone you’re looking for will ultimately save you a ton of time. We only represent professional talent who’ve been doing this full time for at least 5 years. Most of our talent have 10-20 years of voice talent experience.
